Child development involves the biological, psychological and emotional changes that occur in human beings between birth and the conclusion of adolescence. Childhood is divided into 3 stages of life which include early childhood, middle childhood, and late childhood. During those times Children may need intervention in order for them to develop fully. The Child Development Unit can assist by screening and diagnosing problems and then by providing advice on suitable age-based strategies that will provide for potential development.

  • Behavioral Problems: Game Addiction, Delinquency, Aggressiveness, Disobedience 
  • Sexual Deviation
  • Social Issues such as those regarding developing friendships
  • Problems specific to Preadolescence and Adolescence such as Bipolar Disorder, Use of Additive Substance and Anorexia/Bulimia Nervosa
