Doctor said that the player should be prepared by warming up and stretching exercises before practicing or playing golf every time, starting from the neck muscles, rotate your shoulders around your spine, exercise the abdominal muscles, back and hips to maintain the spinal axis during the swing. Exercising and stretching of the thigh and calf muscles help in maintaining balance for transferring the body weight while playing golf.
