  1. Hydrate yourself abundantly, drinking at least 6 to 8 glasses of water.
  2. Consume high-fiber foods such as brown rice, vegetables, and fruits.
  3. Avoid foods that may irritate the digestive system, such as spicy foods, tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages.
  4. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness regularly.
  5. Engage in regular physical exercise, such as brisk walking and swimming, while avoiding certain types of sports like cycling and horseback riding.
  6. Attempt to avoid lifting heavy objects.
  7. Practice regular bowel movements by drinking a large glass of water immediately upon waking in the morning, as it aids in bowel regularity.
  8. Avoid excessively tight clothing, especially tight pants.
  9. Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat.
  10. When experiencing various symptoms such as bleeding after bowel movements or discomfort around the affected area, it is advisable to promptly consult a physician.
