Comparative amount of salt
1/4 teaspoon of salt equals 500 milligrams of sodium.
1/2 teaspoon of salt equals 1000 milligrams of sodium.
3/4 teaspoon of salt equals 1,500 milligrams of sodium.
1 teaspoon of salt equals 2000 milligrams of sodium.
