- Amniocentesis/NIPT (Non Invasive Prenatal Test) screening for chromosomal abnormalities such as Down syndrome, Patau syndrome or Turner syndrome
- Utilization of contemporary tools such as ultrasound (2D and 4D) to identify fetal abnormalities.
- Fetal echocardiography to look for anomalies in the fetus’s heart
- 4D ultrasound to display the baby's image while still in the womb.
- Using instruments that meet international standards, a checkup is performed to determine the fetus's health.
Diagnosing Pregnancy Services:
Vibhavadi’s Prenatal Diagnostic Center includes services such as
- The First trimester of pregnancy (gestational age 10-13 weeks): Screening test with ultrasound machine to confirm the number of children and examining the child’s DNA to see if there are any chromosomal abnormalities.
- Early second trimester (conception 16-18 weeks): Amniocentesis is a test that examines the chromosome to analyze any genetic problems such as thalassemia.
- Late second trimester (conception 20-24 weeks) : A detailed ultrasound scan, anomaly scan, to examine irregularities of the fetus organ system such as heart system, digestive tract, cleft lip and palate, brain system, arm, and leg.
- Third trimester (conception 28 weeks) : Fetus development assessment in the womb to check the overall health. Biophysical Profile is a test that combines a nonstress test with ultrasound to check the health of the fetus. Doppler Ultrasound is a noninvasive testing method to estimate the blood flow through fetus blood vessels (Doppler Blood Flow)
- Fetal Echocardiography is a test for a doctor to better see the structure and function of your unborn child’s heart.
- 4D Ultrasound, to check the fetal physical features such as face, leg, arm, spine, and fingers, heart
