- Includes surgeon fees, medical equipment used in the operating room, and post-operative care in the inpatient ward.
- Includes physician fees and operating room fees.
- Includes nursing service fees for the operating room and recovery room.
- Includes nursing service fees and hospital service fees.
- Includes medications and medical supplies used in the surgery as specified by the hospital.
- Includes take-home medications (if additional medical supplies beyond the specified list are required, the patient must cover the cost).
- Includes a private single room for 2 days and 1 night, along with meals.
- Includes laboratory examination fees (blood test, X-ray, electrocardiogram). If there are additional expenses beyond the specified items, the patient must cover the cost.
- Includes biopsy examination for a section < 5 cm (1 specimen). If additional tests beyond the hospital’s specified list are required, the patient must cover the cost.
- This package cannot be used in cases of complications, abnormal conditions, or other unforeseen medical complications.
