Normal Delivery Package Price Covers

Remark :
1. ค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ป่วยที่เกิดขึ้นก่อนและหลังการใช้แพ็กเกจคลอด เช่น การตรวจระหว่างฝากครรภ์จนถึงวันคลอด
2. มารดา/ทารก มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนขณะตั้งครรภ์,ขณะคลอดหรือหลังคลอด
3. ไม่ครอบคลุม กรณีมารดามีโรคแทรกซ้อนทางอายุรกรรม เช่น มะเร็ง ปอด หัวใจ เบาหวาน เป็นต้น
4. ในกรณีคลอดปกติ ราคาดังกล่าวไม่รวมค่าวิสัญญีแพทย์และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้ยาระงับความปวด (Painless Labour)
5. การคลอดแบบเหมาจ่าย ไม่รวมการตั้งครรภ์แฝด
6. ค่ายาและเวชภัณฑ์ที่นอกเหนือจาก รายการยาและเวชภัณฑ์ที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด
7. กรณีต้องการถ่าย DVD ผ่าตัดคลอดบุตร กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้า 3 วัน ก่อนผ่าคลอด ที่เคาน์เตอร์พยาบาลแผนกสูตินรีเวชกรรม (ราคา 1,500 บาท)
8. การคลอดแบบเหมาจ่ายขึ้นอยู่ในดุลยพินิจของแพทย์
9. ไม่ครอบคลุมกรณีทารกตัวเหลืองและต้องนอนเพื่อส่องไฟ
10. กรณีที่มารดาหรือบุตรมีความจำเป็นต้องพักรักษาตัวที่หออภิบาลผู้ป่วยกึ่งวิกฤต หออภิบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต หอผู้ป่วยทารกวิกฤต (NICU) ซึ่งเกินจากห้องพักมาตรฐานที่กำหนด หรือในกรณีผู้ป่วยขออยู่ต่อจากเหตุผลอื่น ๆ ทางโรงพยาบาลจะเรียกเก็บเงินตามจริง และหักส่วนลด (ถ้ามี)
11. ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวภายในห้องพัก เช่น เครื่องดื่ม ค่าโทรศัพท์ และอาหารญาติ ซึ่งทางโรงพยาบาลจะคิดในราคาปกติ
*ราคาดังกล่าว ไม่รวมการผ่าตัดคลอดเลือกฤกษ์ (เวลา 20.00 – 06.00 น.)
