Package รักษาโรคกระดูกสันหลังด้วยวิธีเวอร์ติโบรว์พลาสตี้ (Vertebroplasty)

Treatment for vertebral compression fractures caused by osteoporosis using Vertebroplasty, which involves injecting bone cement into the fractured vertebrae.

- Including the operating room fees, medical equipment used in the operating room, and necessary sterilization equipment for the surgery.
- Including the surgeon's fees.
- Including the fees for the operating room nurses, recovery room, and hospital service charges.
- Including the medication and medical supplies used during the surgery as specified by the hospital.
- Including the take-home medication (as specified by the hospital; any additional medications outside the specified list must be paid for by the patient).
- Including the observation room fees for 6-8 hours after the procedure.

Remark :

- ไม่รวมค่าตรวจวินิจฉัยทั้งก่อนและหลังผ่าตัด เช่น ค่าเจาะเลือด,ค่า X-ray,ค่าตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจเป็นต้น
- กรณีมีค่าใช่จ่ายส่วนเกินนอกเหนือจากรายการที่กำหนดผู้ป่วยต้องชำระเงินเองจะคิดค่าบริการในอัตราปกติ

- ไม่รวมค่าตรวจอื่นๆเพิ่มเติมที่นอกเหนือจากที่โรงพยาบาลกำหนด
- Package นี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในกรณีพยาธิสภาพโรคที่ไม่เป็นไปตามปกติหรือภาวะแทรกซ้อน
- ผู้ที่เข้าร่วม Package ต้องผ่านการประเมิน / พิจารณาของแพทย์และเฉพาะแพทย์ที่เข้าร่วมรายการ
- สำหรับลูกค้าชาวไทยและต่างชาติที่มีถิ่นพำนักในประเทศไทย
