Preparation Protocols before Health Check-Up

1. Please do not eat or drink at least 8 – 10 hours prior to the check-up. 
2. Please wear attire that is convenient for taking blood samples. The clothing should have easy access to the upper arm area. 
3. Please ensure to get enough sleep and rest.
4. Please do not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to appointment as drugs and alcohol may affect some tests. Please inform the doctor or nurse before the test.
